Dr. Grady Grady
Founder and Lead Veterinarian
Dr. Grady Gray is dedicated to helping small animal patients achieve the best possible outcomes through advanced surgical and medical care.
Growing up in a veterinary clinic in New Mexico, he developed a passion for animal care early on, shaping his lifelong commitment to veterinary medicine. With a focus on diagnosing and treating complex conditions, he aims not only to ensure that pets recover from injuries or illnesses but also to improve their quality of life long-term. He takes pride in his surgical expertise, regularly performing advanced soft tissue procedures, including gastrointestinal surgeries, splenectomy, cholecystectomy, nephrectomy, and more, with a tailored approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Gray collaborates closely with other veterinarians to provide a comprehensive approach to veterinary care. Working alongside veterinary teams, he creates customized treatment plans that optimize healing and enhance quality of life. Whether performing emergency surgeries or managing chronic conditions, his commitment is to deliver thorough evaluations, high-quality surgical care, and compassionate service, ensuring pets receive the best possible support throughout their treatment journey.

How It Works
Schedule a Consultation – Contact us to discuss your practice’s needs and determine how we can best support you.
Book Your Surgery Day – Choose a convenient date for our team to visit your practice.
We Handle the Surgery – Our team arrives at your clinic, sets up, and conducts the surgeries using your facilities. We typically schedule 6-8 procedures per day depending on the case load.
You Maintain Control and Revenue – We invoice you for our visit. You invoice your client for the procedure + any additional charges like exams, medications. Your practice retains all revenue from pre-op, post-op, and follow-up care.
